Loyalty Marketing:
We process tens-of-thousands of redemptions for our clients each year (in our most recent fiscal year, we processed over 26,000 “multi-stage” redemptions for a new client). Our system tracks a “unique identifier” for each operator, and allows for tracking of cumulative redemptions/transactions by client. This positions our clients, nicely, with key operator information for future product rollouts.
Print-on-Demand Web Site:
We manage many data points for our clients. However, our print-on-demand web site allows for significant gains in data capture. In addition, there is a transaction for each print-on-demand experience. This transaction can be “pre-populated” with a promotional allowance, a “debit” generated from a redemption, or we can accept a credit card or invoice the operator for his/her customized printing.
Trade Show Management:
Via our P.O.S./P.O.D. web site, our clients can set-up all of their trade shows, handle registration, and execute the promotional strategy for that trade show.
