It is with pleasure that I write to tell you about the amazing changes we made with regards to our printing and fulfillment of our POS and POP.

Just short of a year ago I met with Matt and Dave at the IFMA conference where they spoke of this wonderful company called Village Press. If talking about it wasn't enough they flew us to Traverse City to have a plant tour and meet their team.

If you've had this experience you'll agree - they have a great team, an immaculate press facility and a well organized fulfillment centre.

Outsourcing was something we'd talked about but being a small company felt that we could handle these tasks just as efficiently. However after reviewing our processes we realized that incorrect inventory counts, late shipments of POS, missing payments and reporting of rebates were costing us not only money but reputation.

We signed up for printing and fulfillment of our POS as well as management of our rebate program.

The best thing about Village is the ease to which our brokers and regional sales managers can now order POS. Point, Click and Ship. that's their slogan and yes it does work. Orders are placed and shipped within a quick turnaround.

As for the print quality - it's superior and with the addition of their new digital press will make things even easier for small runs. And when it comes to reporting - well it's there every month reminding me that another month has passed without incident and they've taken care of all our needs.

We're just heading to our anniversary with Village and with no customer complaints in this first year we're looking to expand the service we receive from Village.

This was a successful move for our company and we look forward to a long relationship with the team at Village.
